“…delicious and healthy…”
Not to be confused with my favourite heroine puppy of all time, the lassi is a traditional East Indian drink made with yogurt, fruit and and sometimes spices. This is just one version of my go-to recipe for a quick breakfast or post work out snack. Delicious and healthy and so many possible combinations. Mango and ginger is another favourite, or how about peach, vanilla and raspberry? Whatever fruit and spice combo you conjure, it’s bound to be a winner with the yogurt and milk. ♥
Pear and Blackberry Lassi

Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, cored and chopped
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A couple of ice cubes
Instructions
- In your immersion blender combine all ingredients until creamy and smooth. If consistency is too thick, add a bit more milk.
- Garnish with mint and a flower from your garden and enjoy.
